We repair it
Your garment is hand-finished by one of our trained tailors in our workshop, using fabric-matched threads and traditional techniques.
We deliver it back
Once the work is complete, your garment is pressed, packaged and returned to you with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

How long does a repair usually take?
We aim to complete all repairs and alterations within 5–10 working days of receiving your garment.
How do you price each job?
Every garment is quoted upfront when you book. The prices shown are starting points — final cost depends on fabric, lining and the complexity of the work. We'll always confirm before any work begins.
How do postage and returns work?
We send you a Royal Mail Tracked 48 QR code or printable label. Take your parcel to a Post Office or Royal Mail Parcelshop (Collect+), and we'll return your finished items to you with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Which garments do you accept?
We repair and alter almost everything — denim, wool, silk, knitwear, suiting and eveningwear included. The only exceptions are bridal couture and heavy leather, which require specialist workshops we'd be happy to recommend.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is taken securely by card when you confirm your booking. If your garment needs additional work once it reaches the workshop, we'll quote you first and only charge with your approval.
